What kind of imagery you love to tattoo I especially love tattooing animal/botanical type imagery. I also tend to do a lot of punk type animals along with cows that have become a fun signature of mine. -what inspires you The artists I admire and my day to day life have sculpted the way I draw and design tattoos. I’m constantly taking pictures of flowers, plants, animals and even vintage art to use as inspo for upcoming flash sheets. -where you started your career (and any special places you’ve tattooed that might be worth mentioning/awards won) I started tattooing in Northern California where I attended UC Davis and got a Bachelors Degree in Animal Science. Soon after graduating I knew I wanted to pursue tattooing full time and made the move from my small town to Southern California. Since then I have enjoyed doing guest spots at many high end shops and even traveled overseas to tattoo. - why you love guru And if you’ve been tattooing for a long time and want to mention the length I love how professional guru is, they go above and beyond to set up every artist and client for success and I’m stoked to be on their team. -if you have any fun hobbies outside of tattooing Outside of tattooing I enjoy ceramics where I make sculptures and throw bowls and other pots. I just love getting to take raw materials and create something beautiful, I find it keeps me motivated to be creative. -if you have a family/sig other you would like to mention I have a younger sister who will be attending San Diego state as of 2024 and I’m stoked to be here in San Diego with her while she goes to college. Artist Statement: It is joy getting to create unique works of art that my clients can wear and enjoy for life. I love my job and hope I can give everyone a great tattoo experience whether it be their first or one of many.
